"I have been training with Kezi for over 3 years now and I can confidently say I don’t know where I would be without her. When you sign up for something like personal training, you are choosing someone to be your person. Someone you spend at least 3 times a week with is someone who has a big influence on your life. I look forward to every session I get to spend with Kezi because she’s shaping me into the best version of myself BOTH physically AND mentally. She has been able to push me to my full fitness potential. I have hit countless PRs with her at my side cheering and coaching me on, most recently hitting a 200lb deadlift!! I have a clearer mind and better days with Kezi holding me accountable every step of the way. "Kezi is an amazing trainer! I was finding it difficult to find the appropriate workout and diet post-partum to aid with my recovery, and she was great at leading the way. She loves what she does, and knows exactly how to make you achieve your fitness goals,big or small. Her experience and knowledge is very obvious in her approach. She introduced me to proper exercise mechanics and movements and aided me in getting visible results, and significantly improved my strength and endurance. The workouts were both fun and challenging, tailored to meet my needs, and pushed me to do my level best during each session. 6 months ago I made the decision to invest in myself and wanted to get healthier and stronger. I am mom to two young active children and I wanted to enjoy all activities with them without feeling fatigued.  My trainer Kezi is a great motivator and inspiration. My workouts are always challenging and full of variety.  Having this scheduled time to focus on my body was most difficult to juggle but quickly became embraced to balance my busy working family life.  I love that Kezi is a nutritionist and experienced trainer. She has kept me engaged with positive words, supportive food strategies and great strengthening ideas!  I am in better shape than I have ever been, and I consistently have more energy. "I was at the heaviest I've ever been, and was going through a divorce. I basically needed an intervention as I was clueless where to start. I didn't have a car, so I did lots of walking and biking everywhere. I did lose some weight, but wanted to be toned as well. I was reluctant on a personal trainer only due to cost as I was going through a bankruptcy. My trainer worked with me to find a plan that was within my budget. Had no clue what I was doing or where to start, so she was essential in my success.
 
Starting personal training sessions with Kezi was the best investment and decision I have taken towards my health. I was about 50 lbs overweight by the time I finished studying while working full time. I did not know how to get back into exercising and how to stay consistent once again. I was stress-eating, not sleeping enough, and not exercising at all. Kezi helped me to get started, get over my previous injuries and muscle imbalances, taught me how to warm up and stretch to avoid aggravating old injuries, taught me proper form for all the major exercises, and most importantly taught me how to recognize progress, be proud of myself, and stay on track. Kezi helped me set realistic goals that I really wanted to achieve and that actually work for my work and lifestyle. She also helped me set a proper nutrition plan that goes hand-in-hand with what we are training for. And the best part about all of this is that I feel none of this is interfering at all with my busy work schedule and work-related travels, because Kezi is always accommodating and flexible. I can confidently say that I am in the hands of a trainer and more importantly a friend who wants the best for me in and out of the gym, and who is always encouraging and supporting me through this journey. I feel better, stronger, healthier, and significantly happier.

Before I started training I believed fitness meant working out and becoming fit.The process was great. My trainer helped me to understand the rationale behind what I was doing,and what areas it would work. She also gave me a meal plan so I could also work on diet, since it is crucial to one's success to do both. At first it was very painful, not during but after I'd be so sore. I soon realized the "good kind of pain" that people were talking about. It came with success. My trainer taught me some great stretches, and showed me how to roll out my muscles which really helped. I didn't lose as much weight as I thought I would but I gained so much strength and lost inches. The weight then came off. I love the atmosphere of the gym, everyone is so encouraging. The front desk staff really make you feel welcome. I've even had other members and trainers comment on my progress, and that feels fantastic. My trainer was absolutely amazing. It was a great fit in many ways from day one. We are still friends now.We laughed our way through many workouts, and when I broke down a few times (because I didn't think I could do it) she knew just what to do. She'd change up the routine, and made it fun.Life is good now. I used to be a stress eater, and not eat breakfast. My trainer taught me better ways to deal with stress, and introduced me to protein shakes for breakfast and for after a workout. Now I live and practice a healthy lifestyle. I never thought I'd be where I am now, at least not this soon. My only regret is that I didn't start sooner. I recommend personal training to anyone and everyone I talk to who is looking to join a gym. I have already inspired so many, and it is a great feeling. Some tell me they can't do to cost, but i tell them it is an investment in yourself and if you really want change then go for it. I have never spent so much on just me, but it was the best money I ever spent. So happy and proud of myself."
