I love learning.  I especially love learning about the human body and how to improve its function.

Our bodies are incredible and are capable of so much, which is why I got into holistic nutrition and personal training.  My aim is to help people better connect with their bodies (and mind) through encouragement, support, good nutrition and movement.

I have been personal training at GoodLife Fitness Burlington Centre since 2015 and became a Registered Holistic Nutritionist through the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition in 2018.  I am a certified Pre- and Postpartum Training Coach and a certified Weightlifting Coach.  Additionally, my passion is the study of women's hormones and how nutrition may help to improve proper hormone production.
