Fascia Stretch Therapy
Fascia Stretch Therapy (FST) is a manual therapy focusing on stretching and releasing the fascia—a connective tissue surrounding muscles, bones, and joints. It uses assisted stretching techniques to improve flexibility, reduce pain, and enhance mobility by targeting fascial restrictions.
